Contact customer support. I tried to contact them but they never get back in touch with me. Has anyone else had this happen, and know how to fix it? Also it wont let me open big fix at all.

Computer problem?
Read this.
Reply:sounds like you have a virus
Reply:Computer problem? Why, how can that be. Computers are such reliable helpful devices we use in our everyday life. Especially when combined with Windows they run like *%26amp;$^%26amp;*^%$#%^ thats it its going out the window.

There's my little bio. Anyway It does not sound like spyware. It has to be a registry error. Use registry fix like norton etc which should solve your problem.
Reply:Sounds like Spyware. I would go to the START menu and pick RUN. Then type MSCONFIG and go to the startup section. Then look for that program or others that you do not recognize. It is OK to uncheck any program in MSCONFIG, since you can simply check them to turn them back on. Restart your computer to see if you picked the right one.

I recommend that you go to http://www.download.com and get AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search %26amp; Destory. Install, run, update and scan your computer with both programs. This might cleanup a spyware problem.

Good luck and Happy Computing!
