ERROR MESSAGE AS FOLLOWS IS: OGRAMFILES/COMMONFILES/SONIC/UPDATEMANAG...
HOW CAN I FIX THIS ERROR.
IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME PLEASE WRITE ME AND LET ME KNOW

Error messages?
try removing and reinstalling "sonic" then restart your computer
if that doesnt help go to sonic's website and try to get technical help
